Q- Can I make my domain name point to my ClicShop© store?

A- Yes, each of our new packages include the opportunity for you to use your own domain name and get personalized email adresses.

Q- If I have to modify or remove a product from my store, how should I proceed?

A-  Here are the steps to follow :

  1. You must go to the store management area. You access your ClicShop© store by typing your username and password.
  2. You click on the Catalogue Editor tab and make your modifications.
  3. You publish your store (using the Publish tab).


Q- If I need help, who can I contact?

A- You can contact a representative on-line by clicking on the Live Assistance tab in the management interface of your store, or by clicking on the Chat link on our Website. If you prefer direct contact, call our customer service at (514) 875-0365.

Q- Can we upload text using another method such as, for example, FTP?

A- Sorry, this is not possible.


Q- Do you have any examples of ClicShop© stores?
