1- Terms and Conditions: plans and conditions are subject to change without notice. This contract will be valid for the chosen plan.

2- Display of the Price of the Products: the merchant must display the real price of his products in his store to use our service. Any merchant that does not respect this will have his store deactivated.

3- Shipping with Canada Post : a ClicShop© merchant can use the eParcel© shipping module to handle the shipping of his products. As a welcome offer, if the merchant integrates the eParcel shipping module when the store launches, Canada Post will give them free shipping for 5 weeks (or until it reaches $1000.00). If the merchant chooses to integrate eParcel shipping module after the launch, he will have 4 months of free banner advertising on the Canada Post web site.

4- Restrictions: ClicShop’s offer does not include banking fees, set-up fees for a merchant account, credit card transaction processing fees, set-up fees for a credit card server and shipping fees if applicable. This list is not restrictive.
